good attendance-location -good breakfast
Location, tour guidance, rooms are clean with pleasent smell.
Breakfast is incomplete but rest of the things are OK. Noise of door closure and ice vending machine disturb me many in night.
The hotel is so clean and also the price when you compare with the other hotels in Manhattan. The location is pretty good, Times square four blocks up. ANyway taxi is really easy to find in the city, and the price is reasonable. It was a good choice. There are another 3 hotels in Manhattan, maybe we can try the others also.
Cleanliness of the room, free wifi and breakfast
Staff are not helpful and professional enough
The location, the breakfast, the cost vs. Service was ok.
The lobby need some renovation, the breakfast room was crowded.
Very nice room, well furnished (as the bathroom)Nice lobby and helpfull people.Free WiFi (sometimes with connection problems) everywhere and free newspaper in the lobby...and free continental breakfast!Really value for money for a Manhattan hotel!
Relatively noisyin the rooms , on the avenue or street side at least.Very (too) small breakfast room at the underground
great price and locationf or NYC
The Location is perfect, only 10 mins walk from The Empire State Building.
Service providers in NYC tend to be a little brusque but the staff here were helpful, friendly and cheerful.
The location for the Ramada Eastside was excellent, we were able to walk to the hotel from Penn Station, and it is within walking distance of all the Manhattan tourist sights e.g.Times Square, Empire State. There are good restaurants and shops close-by, and good public transport links nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room appeared very clean. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout at 12. Large flat screen tv. Comfortable Tempurpedic mattress.
We were given a corner room facing Lexington, so it was very noisy. The bedroom was tiny!! Just big enough for one double bed. The bedroom window had a sign up stating not to be opened. The bathroom was large, however there was a glass door between the bathroom and the bedroom which meant that there was quite a lot of light coming into the bedroom at night. Although the room appeared very clean, both of us were bitten all over our faces at night, which was disappointing as we chosen a big chain to make sure we had somewhere clean to stay. The desk staff member was very dour and probably the most unfriendly person encountered in our travels in the US so far.
The staff very nice , polite ,I booked one queen bed, when we came I need two queens beds and we got it, room clean, the breakfast was very good too.
a combination of reasonable price, location and cleanliness plus being breakfast included.
The rooms dont have a refrigerator which is problematic
The room was smallish but ok for 2 people who spent much of the time sight seeing, room generally very clean line could have been changed every 3 days
The hotel staff is great. Free internet, free local phone calls and complimentary breakfast.
The rooms offer no refrigerators or microwaves.
comfort of our room and location of the hotel
plastic cups plates etc for breakfast service
